Julia Duckworth is a Food Scientist and Nutritionist. She is an expert in providing guidance and expertise on the implementation of food safety improvement programs as well as healthy food initiatives, programs and projects. In addition, she provides consultation on programs, initiatives and policies for companies and governments in the US, UK and European Union (EU). Julia is particularly passionate about communicating good nutritional practices and she is focused on combating obesity and malnutrition epidemics.
Ms. Duckworth graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Psychology. She holds Masters degrees in Food Science and Nutrition. She enjoys travel and is photography. She currently resides in London, UK.
